What is an affiliate link?

An affiliate link is a tracked URL. When you click an affiliate link on Bitcoin Luxor and then make a qualifying purchase or account registration on the merchant’s website, Bitcoin Luxor may receive a commission. This commission is paid by the merchant, not by you. It does not increase the price you pay.

How affiliate links are disclosed

Articles that contain affiliate links carry a clear disclosure notice near the top of the page. You will see a statement such as: “This article contains affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you sign up or buy through a link on this page. This comes at no extra cost to you.”

How affiliate relationships affect editorial content

They do not.

Affiliate partnerships do not determine which products we cover, how we rank them, or what conclusions we reach. A product we earn a commission from can receive a negative review or a lower rating than a competing product we do not earn a commission from.

We do not accept payment to feature a product, write a positive review, or insert links into existing articles. If a company asks us to do this, we decline. Our Editorial Policy covers this in detail.

Your choice

You are never required to use an affiliate link. If you find a product or service on this site that you want to buy, you can always navigate directly to the merchant’s website without using our link. The price you pay will be the same either way.
